Product Innovation
When we work together and attain operational excellence the unit cost is less. Building on ideas of others creates innovation.
Communal effort creates efficiency, takes care of minutiae, providing more time for serving our students.
Preciseness in data sharing, improving QOS (Quality of Service), and not to mention bringing our Khalsa Schools in 21st century, so we can connect with out student and community.
Content Sharing
Teaches are not only the consumers of content to teach, but also producers of content.
Our teachers are our biggest partners that go in the classroom teaching the stuff daily. We want to capture their innovations and share it with the rest of the school.
Adding enrichment in content, so we can frame the content for AP Gurmukhi that has literature and language skills - to propel the strength of our community.
Pedagogical elements sharing between teacher. In the world of gaming, experiential learning sticks and makes it more engaging. So, sharing the teaching methods with examples, would be awesome.
In this regard, we could run a conference for teachers and staff to share/engage.
Intellect Excellence
Our younglings should understand why is "Khalsa mero roop hai khaas" and have support with their own kind.
Career enhancements through seminars and/or communal work.
College Prep programs will bring students back to Gurdwara and become an anchor for their life showing them how to prepare for College.
Promoting securing degrees and becoming prolific.
In this regard, we could run a conference for teachers and staff to share/engage.
My personal deepest gratitude to the teachers who provide our younglings with the ability to rely Guru Sahib as their Mata/Pita and anchor. After all, that's how Sikhi will prevail in footsteps of our founder Guru Nanak Sahib jee - Kirat karo, Vand Chako, Naam Japo.
